Send your print files to us knowing that we will do everything we can to accept whatever file format you choose to work with. Naturally, the simplest and most foolproof files are PDF, EPS, AI, TIFF and JPG - but we understand that not everyone is able to work with these file types. And that's fine!

Not everyone has access to the latest Adobe software, and not everyone knows how to use it! Many of you are working on a standard computer, with standard Microsoft Office software - and we think you should be able to order your printing online without any penalty for doing so.

Most online business printing services won't accept Microsoft Office files, but Astroprint is different. We will accept these files types and we will do our very best to ensure you are a happy customer, no matter what your computer and sofware limitations are.

Just ensure that the paper size in the file you are submitting is correct, and that you are able to send us any unusual fonts that are used in your design, and we'll handle the rest. We will analyse your file and contact you to seek any extra information we need.

*Please note that while we do accept Word and Publisher files, they are inherently less consistent in quality of print when compared to Adobe, JPG and TIFF files and we cannot guarantee the final result.
*While we try to offer this service on all products, there may be instances where it is not possible to accept Word and Publisher files on particular products. We will do our best to advise you of this before you place an order.
